| Redistricting should follow the NH State Constitution. There are currently more than fifty legislative districts that are not in accordance with the NH State Constitution. My town, Pelham, qualifies for four seats (that the NH State Constitution says shall have their own district), yet we are in an eleven seat floterial district with a town more than twice as many voters. The towns of Atkinson (2 seats) and Sunapee (one seat) also do not have their own seats even though they satisfy the requirements of the NH State Constitution. | |||
